Ty Ku Junami White is crafted with a special sake rice, Akebono, which is polished intessley, leaving only 70% of the grain remaining. Fresh, smooth and lightly sweet, Ty Ku White Sake offers subtle pear notes and a satisfying softness on the palate. As part of the top 15% of all Sake worldwide, this Junmai was awarded the Platinum Medal at the World Wine Competition and the Gold Medal at the N.Y. World Wine & Spirits Competition.
