TX Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Our straight bourbon is made with grains grown just south of us by a 4th generation Texas farmer, our own proprietary strain of yeast that we captured from a Texas pecan — we call it the “Brazos” — Texas water and aged in our North Texas climate.
