Our American Whiskey is actually a young bourbon. It has rested in a new white American oak barrel only 18 months but has the flavor of a very mature bourbon spirit. Our whiskey is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. The corn from the bourbon gives the whiskey a rich sweetness with notes of butterscotch and vanilla. This whiskey makes a great Whiskey Sour.
