Heavensake Junmai Daiginjo

Heavensake arose from the collaboration between the acclaimed and admired French cellar master Regis Camus and Japan’s most respected sake breweries. Junmai Daiginjo Sake is a delicately floral gem which comes from his work alongside Dassai brewery. Filled with the vibrant flavor of early summer fruits including pears, wild red berries, and muscat grapes. Considered one of the utmost Sake in the world, took home the title of Best Sake at both the 2019 and 2020 San Francisco World Spirit Awards.
