Fruit, baked completely matured agave, green olive, and soil aromas are all present and inviting. Because it comes straight from our small copper pot still, without adding water prior to bottling, the flavors of butter, olive, earth, black pepper, and vegetable aspects in the flavor are intensified.

For years, the only way to try this was to come to our Tequila, Jalisco distillery. Until now, that is.
