Nose: Red fruits with notes of tobacco and smoke.

Taste: Frank attack, elegant and mature tannic structure, good acidity, very long and velvety finish.

Pairing: Pasta with Bolognese sauce, mushroom soup. Mole poblano, mole chichilo.
